  • Standard UK Delivery: £2.99 (delivered within 3–5 working days).

  • Free UK Delivery: Automatically applied to all orders over £65.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't quite right, our return process is straightforward and complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item.

  • How to Return: Simply email our team at Hello@nayz.uk with your order number to start the process.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Hello@nayz.uk so we can resolve the issue under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
