Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't quite right, our return process is straightforward and complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
