Nayz Terms & Conditions

2. UK Consumer Rights (Cancellations & Returns)

  • Cooling-off Period: In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

  • Return Procedure: You must notify us via Hello@nayz.uk within this 14-day window. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

  • Condition for Refund: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and saleable condition with all tags attached.

  • Faulty Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you have a right to a full refund if reported within 30 days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Charged at a flat rate of £2.99.

  • Free Delivery: Available on all UK orders above £65.

  • Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver all goods within 30 days of order confirmation.
